Summer 2023 - removal berlin office

On July 20th, 2023 our Berlin office moved to the new address:

Gutenbergstrasse 4, 10587 Berlin
The telephone numbers and email addresses remain the same.

We have moved into the office of Wenzel+Wenzel, so the cooperation can
be further intensified.



Our homepage will be completely revised in the near future, for this reason this page will no longer be updated.




With the handing over of the management to Markus Brill last year, the Schmid engineering office was and is being restructured in order to be ready for a successful future and new tasks and challenges.

Markus Brill is also a partner in the office Wenzel + Wenzel PartmbB (https://www.wenzel-wenzel.com), an architectural office that shares our passion and our demands on building.


With our move to the new office - in the immediate vicinity of Wenzel + Wenzel PartmbB - we can further intensify the cooperation that has grown over the years.


You will find us from August 16, 2022 in the

Lipowskystrasse 29, D-81373 Munich.

If you will be part of construction management and other works within our firm, we will be glad to hear from you.
